I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we experienced with Aaron pools and spas. Our hot tub was delivered just over a week ago. We had some issues with balancing our water. Paul and Jackie did everything they could to get us clear. They went above and beyond. Ed came out for the hot tub demonstration this past weekend. Although it wasn’t what he came out to do, he troubleshooted until he got our water crystal clear. We were ecstatic!
I used Aaron Pools several years ago to purchase our hot tub and had a great experience. My parents had used them many years prior to install their own pool as well so they came highly recommended. At the height of COVID, we decided to install an in ground pool. Because of the pandemic, they were incredibly busy and needed to wait a year for availability. Despite a year wait, Paul kept in contact with me and kept me up to date on the progress of the process. He helped me to design it, select options and provided feedback along the way.
Got to meet Jacob, Garret & Coulton today as they delivered our hot tub which was to be installed on a level above grade and up six steps. These guys were well organized and great communication saw the tub in place without any issues. Their polite service and explanations along the way are greatly appreciated. These guys were great!
Excellent experience from top to bottom with St Lawrence Pools in Belleville. From Mike in sales who worked so hard to give us amazing deal. To Henry and Taylor who made sure the set up experience would go flawless. Shout out to the delivery guys also (sorry did not remember their names) who were very professional and gracious. This is a well oiled operation. Looking forward to now enjoying the hot tub!
